Material Choice
Product fabrics are produced in desired patterns and colors as 100% cotton from 230 gr/m2, 215 gr/m2 blended cotton polyester and 100% polyester.
Yarn
The standard yarn count for cotton products is 30/2 carde.
Painting
At the painting stage, high quality top paint processes are applied and water repellency is applied if desired.
Garmenting
The products are garmented in the desired model such as edge seam allowances or envelope stitching during the garment stage.
