Material Choice
All towel groups are produced in jacquard, yarn dyed, patterned and embroidered in the desired size, weight and color in line with customer demands.
Yarn
100% cotton, ring spun with yarn counts of 16/1 or 20/2 in the pile, alternatively 14/1 and 12/1, 20/2 in the ground and 16/1 in the weft.
Density
It is produced starting from 300 gr/m2 up to 1400 gr/m2.
Dyeing Process
It undergoes enzyme, turban, hydrophilic processes in the dyeing process and water absorbency reaches high standards. Colored towels are produced from indanthren dye.
Borders
Towel edges are confectioned as chain stitch.
Transportation
Products are packaged and parceled according to the demands of our customers.
